Project Planner, A5, set of 10
Break larger projects into smaller tasks with the project planner.
I’m a list maker. I write a to do list every day on my vertical week on 2 pages calendar. When an item on that list requires many steps (such as designing, printing, photographing, writing copy for, and listing new planner pages), I use the project planner to write out each of those steps and check them off as I go. This helps make the task more manageable and helps me see the progress I’m making toward a larger goal.
Includes spaces for:
Project name
Start date
Projected end date
Actual end date (because things inevitably get delayed)
People/groups involved
Materials needed
Benefits of completion (to remind you why you’re taking on this work)
Includes columns for (on front and back):
Step number (sometimes we forget something and write a step out of order)
Steps
Done (to mark when complete)
Also includes a reflections section to note what went well or what could have been done differently for a better result.
